Beth was drawn to the field by the chance to apply economic principles to directly improve people’s well-being. She is particularly passionate about her research, which focuses on evaluating interventions to combat antimicrobial resistance and assessing policies designed to incentivise the development and use of new technologies. Her work bridges the gap between commercial application and rigorous academic research, making her a valuable asset to YHEC.
