Matthew has contributed to over 100 health technology assessment submissions and brings valuable experience from his work with industry, the NHS, patients, and charities. He is an Honorary Professor at the University of York, serves on the editorial board for Global Health Economics and Sustainability, and is a Trustee for OSCAR’s Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity. Previously, he was a Scientific Lead for NICE’s Economic and Methodological Unit and an Expert Adviser for the NICE Centre for Guidelines.
