Andria Joseph

Project Director

Andria Joseph is a Project Director in Outcomes Research at YHEC, where she specialises in value-based healthcare. Her work involves leading both qualitative and quantitative analysis for outcomes research projects. She has extensive experience in expert elicitation using methods like Delphi panels and structured expert elicitation (SEE). Andria leads diverse working groups for these projects; these include key stakeholders such as clinicians, patient advisory groups, and policy advisors.

Before joining YHEC, Andria was a Senior Project Leader at the International Consortium for Health Outcome Measures. In this role, she led the development of standardised outcome sets in various disease areas, including heart valve disease and neurodevelopmental disorders. She also has prior experience in NHS commissioning, giving her extensive knowledge of the UK health system. Andria holds a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences, an MSc in Neuroscience from King’s College London, and an Executive MSc in Health Economics, Policy and Management from the London School of Economics.
