Are you facing the challenge of identifying robust health economic data to inform your models? Health economic evidence is an essential element of health services research – especially for health technology assessment (HTA). This training course provides practical guidance and solutions to help you identify economic evaluations relevant to your research. It also looks at how artificial intelligence (AI) may help with research identification.
The course begins by introducing the concepts of health economic models in a ‘jargon buster’ session. The session then explains how to navigate key economic information resources, such as the CEA Registry, and how to identify economic evaluations from major bibliographic databases. We will also look at the potential of AI tools for research identification. It will also teach effective strategies for identifying data for your economic models.
